Baldwin Aviation, Inc. President and CEO Donald E. Baldwin has more than 30 years of general and business aviation experience, primarily with global companies. While world-wide flight department manager for Texaco, he devised and implemented processes and services in order to support the company's small, satellite operations.


Baldwin Aviation was founded in 2004 on the premise that smaller flight departments need and deserve the same level of quality resources, services and safety management as their multinational counterparts.  By developing flexible proprietary software, Baldwin is able to deliver quality Safety Management/Quality Management programs tailored to each organization while overcoming budget and employee constraints. Our safety management program and proprietary Safety Lab™ are tools that can be used in any size organization to monitor its safety culture.  Baldwin Aviation, Inc. is a member of the following organizations: NBAA, FSF NATA, IABA, HAI, AAMS, AOPA, RA, SCAA (SoCal), ACSF, SCASA (South Carolina), GBAA (Georgia) and CBAA.

Our mission is to simplify the establishment and maintenance of a complete SMS/QMS program or enhance your current program, as well as provide credentialed & experienced staff for a truly comprehensive experience. Baldwin’s proprietary SAVVY™ software is by far the most customizable and advanced in the industry; providing flexibility and customization for ALL forms with the ability to create hundreds of real-time reports.
